Wright tool & components skilled designers will start with an actual part, print or a 3D cad model. Solids drawn from reverse engineered part or drawn from print will be sent to customer to be approved. Once approved, we will add shrink, gates, machine stock and any needed modifications to the solid part. At this point we will construct a complete solids tool design. After final tool design approval, it will be sent to our mold shop to be built.
Along with investment casting molds, we also build ceramic core molds, soluble wax molds, prototype molds and short run plastic molds. Molds range from simple manual tools to highly complex fully automatic tools.
